针对无国籍或者北欧公民的特别申请要求

A child can become a Swedish citizen through notification if the child
•has a permanent residence permit, right of residence or residence card in Sweden
•has have fulfilled the requirements for period of residence (been resident in the country for three years or, if the child is stateless, for two years)
•has not reached the age of 18.
All these conditions must be fulfilled when the notification is submitted. Notification is to be submitted by the person who has custody of the child.

孩子成为瑞典公民的条件：
1. 有瑞典的永居许可、居住权或者居留卡
2. 达到居住期限要求（住满3年，如果孩子没有国籍，住满2年）
3. 未满18岁
以上条件必须全部满足。申请材料应由孩子的监护人递交。

Consent required
Children who have reached the age of 12 must give their written consent to become a Swedish citizen. However, this is not required if the child is unable to give its consent due to any permanent handicap or a similar condition.

许可要求
12岁以上的孩子获得瑞典身份须提供书面同意书，如果孩子有残疾或者其他障碍而不能书写同意书，则可不提供。

 

注：如果监护人的孩子住在瑞典，孩子成为瑞典公民的条件：
1. 其监护人有唯一的监护权，或者
2. 其他监护人是瑞典公民，或者
3. 其他监护人将要申请成为瑞典公民

 
Submitting a notification
As custodial guardian you can submit a notification for the child to become a Swedish citizen online. Since we need your signature you need to print out the notification, write your signature and send it to the Migration Agency.

递交材料
作为监护人，你可以网上为孩子递交瑞典公民身份申请。由于我们需要您的签字，所以您需要把递交材料打印出来，签名并发送给移民机构。

Enclose the following documents
•the child's national passport, travel document or alien's passport in the original
•custody decision if someone other than the child's mother or father has custody.
All copies which you send are to be certified.
When you enclose original documents, you should send the notification as registered mail. The post office will help you do this.

以上您发送的复印件材料将会被核实。

After the decision has been made
The Swedish Migration Agency will send the decision to you. If the child has become a Swedish citizen, we will also send a copy of the certificate to the population registry at the Swedish Tax Agency. You turn to the police if you wish to apply for a Swedish passport for the child.

批复结果出来之后：
瑞典移民机构会把答复发送给你。如果孩子获得批准，我们同时会把证明的复印件发送给瑞典税务代理处。如果您愿意为孩子申请瑞典护照请求助警察局。
